Overview
The foundation of all DNA coaching engagements is trust.
DNA’s executive coaching services are customed-designed for an organization’s most valued leaders, for emerging leaders and those for whom a transition may be on the horizon. We work in concert with the organization and the individual to identify areas of desired growth which would most strengthen their individual leadership, help them function effectively as part of the senior management team and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Core Engagement Elements:
· Understanding the leader’s unique role in the organization and their current situation from the perspective of both organization and leader.
· Understanding what is at stake for the organization that merits this investment.
· Defining goals and expectations of the engagement.
· Providing the leader with comprehensive and confidential feedback gathered from stakeholders of the leader’s choosing who know them best, both inside and outside the organization. This guided assessment process builds trust and forms the foundation for the rest of the work together.
· Meeting one-on-one over the course of the engagement to support them in their executive role, using their day-to-day challenges to learn and grow and to help them gain an understanding of what marks their uniqueness and where and when they are at their best.
· DNA consultant is available on an on-call basis as urgent needs arise. Communication may be via phone, teleconference or in-person as geography, travel and other constraints dictate.
All DNA Partners engagements are project based.
